Cash4Gold was recently the focus of a large feature in the second-largest Dutch newspaper The Algemeen Dagblad.
The article on Cash4Gold was titled “Rapper Also Recruits in the Netherlands for Gold Melter Cash4Gold.” In a wide-ranging and expansive story, the journalist explored the company and its origins.
Much of the article centered on MC Hammer and his important role as celebrity endorser for the company. “I got involved with Cash4Gold by participating in their Super Bowl ad last year,” Hammer told the paper, adding that his interest in gold and the company led him to seek and acquire a long-term and deeper role within Cash4Gold. According to a translation of the article, “In Hammer Aronson found a golden spokesman.”
Hammer recalled how his fascination with gold began during his days as a youth hanging around the flamboyant baseball players in the Oakland Athletics’ clubhouse.
The Dutch article also focused upon the simplicity of Cash4Gold’s service offering and the great convenience it provides for customers who are looking to monetize old or unwanted jewelry but don’t want to run the risk of running into friends or neighbors selling their wares in a pawnshop or jewelry story. The reporter also emphasized that all customers have 12 days from the date on their check to contact Cash4Gold and have their items returned postage-paid and insured at no cost to them.
In addition to the Netherlands, Cash4Gold is operating in the United States, the UK, Spain, Germany and Canada.
